Procedures for (CMT) Program

Here's an overview of the ASHA Admissions Process. You will receive more detailed instructions as you go through each step.

1. Submit completed application with $50 fee
2. Complete Admission Forms
3. Schedule Admissions Interview
4. Bring Key Admissions Forms to Interview
a. Personal Information Form
b. Self Exploration Essay
c. Financial Review Form
5. Acceptance into the Program occurs after Interview
6. Make a deposit of $500 to guarantee your spot
7. Provide additional Admissions information by the start of
class
