This hands-on workshop uses principles of energy medicine to assist the massage therapy practitioner to do deeper and more effective work. Your clients will find they are able to maintain the benefits of massage for a longer period of time; release holding patterns; and experience greater wellbeing. The Five Pointed Star Pattern aligns internal lines of force with the body’s structure so that the client experiences  symmetry and physiological balance in the body.  Benefits of the Five Star protocol include opening the breath, supporting digestion and elimination,  and improving posture. Oval Chakra Balancing will also be explored in this class. Aligning the energetic chakra cavities with the body’s energetic  core results in a unique experience of ‘coming home’ and feeling comfortable living in the body.
