INTEGRATIVE CRANIOSACRAL I - Concepts, Assessment and Somatic Releases*
This seminar starts the practitioner with concepts that make neuromuscular and other somatic therapies immediately more effective. Basic craniosacral anatomy is presented. Techniques include palpation of craniosacral motility and landmarks, assessment tools and somatic releases. Pelvic balancing, atlanto-occipital release and extremity releases are included. This is a seminar designed to change the practitioner’s perspective and begin a month of discovery in preparation for the next seminar.
This series of seminars start with basic somatic releases and builds to advanced craniosacral techniques. As the training progresses, each seminar teaches concepts and techniques that blend well with myofascial techniques. From the first seminar, neuromuscular therapists learn to take their work to the next level making trigger point release easier and longer lasting. Each seminar presents techniques and concepts that dramatically enhance treatment. This approach focuses on gaining an integrated understanding of the system as a whole and organizing the treatment approach in a much more effective sequence.

INTEGRATIVE CRANIOSACRAL II - Decompression
With a month of practice, the therapist is now ready to use these new skills to assess and decompress the cranium. Techniques learned in the last seminar are used to assess changes in the body as craniosacral components are released. This provides a new understanding for the therapist in relationships between cranial governors and somatic accessories. Detailed anatomy, concepts on therapy and a decompression protocol are presented.
This series of seminars start with basic somatic releases and build to advanced craniosacral techniques. As the training progresses, each seminar teaches concepts and techniques that blend well with myofascial techniques. He began teaching Musculoskeletal Anatomy there within the first year of being a therapist. He studied Chair Massage under David Palmer - "Father of Chair Massage" after graduation. Wanting to take chair massage in a different direction, he started to experiment with ways to apply Neuromuscular Therapy(NMT) for use on seated/clothed clients to develop a gentle, but very focused and therapeutic approach. The techniques covered in his chair massage classes include real world applications on how to recognize common issues and deal with them quickly and effectively.
